Shipping & Delivery Policy
We're thrilled to get your Mystery Scoop packed and shipped! Here’s all the info you need about when your goodies will arrive.
1. Order Processing Time
Every scoop is lovingly customized and packed just for you!
Our current order processing time is 5 to 7 business days from the date your order is successfully placed.
Business days are Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- Local (Within State/Region): 2 – 4 days
- National (Other States): 5 – 8 days
Total Timeframe: Please allow a total of 7 to 15 business days from the date of order for your cute package to arrive.
3. Tracking & Important Notes
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your package’s journey.
Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout, as we cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped.
P.O. Boxes: Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
