1. Cancellation Policy: All Sales are Final

No Cancellation: Once your payment is processed, we immediately start preparing your Mystery Scoop! Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled.

No Refund: We maintain a strict “No Refund” policy for change-of-mind or accidental purchases after payment.

2. Refund Eligibility: Damage Only

A refund will ONLY be processed if the product you receive is damaged during shipping. You MUST provide:

  • 1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof
  • Continuous Recording: Single, uncut video required.
  • Start Sealed: Show package sealed with label visible.
  • Show Damage: Clearly show damaged item.

3. Refund Processing

  • Review Period: 1–2 business days.
  • Refund Timeline: 5–7 days after approval (bank dependent).
